Objection to advertising e-mails

In the context of the legal imprint obligations, we are obliged to publish our contact details. These are partly used by third parties for purposes of sending out unsolicited advertising mails and information. We hereby object to the sending of any type of advertising material that is not particularly authorised by us. We furthermore expressly reserve the right to take legal steps against the sending of undesired and unsolicited advertising material. This applies particularly to the so-called spam e-mails, spam letters and spam faxes. We wish to point out that the unauthorised dissemination of advertising material can have legal implications for competition, civil and criminal matters. Spam e-mails and spam faxes in particular can lead to high compensation demands if they disrupt business activity by congesting letter boxes or fax machines.
